Ventilation
Yes I do cover my TT. I am not asking for opinions about covering or not.
I no that ? just starts a war every time  . My ? is do you think it would be a good idea to leave a window or 2 cracked a bit to allow air to move in and out of TT. Thanks.

I would if it were me. i use mine all the time so I don't have that problem,but i think it would defintly be a plus.

Now that you know..... In addition to leaving a couple of windows slightly open, you might also leave the overhead vents open a bit to help the circulation of air.

Any vent on my rigs that have the MaxxAir covers is left open at least part way when ever the trailer is not in use. Since the new trailer will be under a large, partly enclosed carport for the winter, I'll also open several windows.

My roof vents are always open a little. (Except while traveling)

Our camper is stored all winter in a storage lot, in farm country. The wife insist on the camper being closed up tight to keep the fine silt from farming that will enter through open windows and roof vents.
So I use a product called Damp Rid, this is a moisture absorber. Can be bought in any grocery store or home goods store. Works well, we have never had any mold or mildew in the camper from storing it this way. I pour this in a container that allows the moisture to be absorbed and the water is then trapped below it.
I empty the container about once a month when the camper is being stored in the winter. Will also replace the Damp Rid as required.

We also close everything up tight, with DampRid inside. It works great, and no dirt or snow or no-see-ems get in.

Howdy All;
Only problem I can see (short sighted), is if you leave a few windows 'cracked' to allow the Trailer to breath, is abrasion from window corners on the fabric. Think maybe some cardboard or some pipe insulation, like thin pool noodles applied would be a sufficent chafe guard..

I cover mine too. I have the maxx air vents, also leaving the vents open all year long, working on winter 3 with no problems.
