2021 Passport 268BH Outside Kitchen Gas Hookup Location

Hey there,

Im taking delivery on a '21 Passport 268BH on the 25ht of February. The previous original owner had never used the outside kitchen gas range. I pulled it out and noticed the gas line with quick connect. As I looked around for where to connect it, well there wasnt. I pulled the fridge out and nothing there. Both the owner and I were stumped. Where does the gas range hook up plug into? The line was literally 2.5ft long and we couldnt find any place to connect.

Welcome to the forum

The quick connect should be underneath at the frame.

I have a 240 BH, and on mine, it is a connection off the gas line running along the frame under the trailer. Mine has a yellow rubber plug/cap. There isn’t much slack, but it should reach. You do not want a detachable gas connection inside the camper, especially one under the bunks where kids sleep

should be directly under the camper. just a pipe with an on/off valve and a rubber plug in the end to prevent dirt getting in. have to crawl under camper to reach. not the easiest thing to get to when ground is wet. i have a 2024 and still the same. not a smart set up but it is there.

Do you know that you are responding to 6 month old post. That's OK, just pointing it out that you may not get a response.

I’m still around the forum but don’t post at all. I did figure out the propane connection but have yet to use it. I need to find a grill top that slides into the area instead of what comes from the factory. Since owning the beast I’ve worked through blown fuses, faulty water pumps, weird smell origins, and maxing out 30 amp campsites hah! Camping right now at Peidmont Park at Clearwater.
