Passport slide gasket replacement

Noticed a couple weeks ago the gasket on the side of the slide split at the top. Luckily have a slide awning.
How difficult and what does it entail to replace?

Thanks. I looked at it, thought as much. The crimp is difficult to see.

The crimp isn’t a real “smashed” crimp, more of a “squeeze”.
