Does anyone know where I can get a new front baggage door for a "Cougar Lite" 27RKS ?

Welcome to the forum from Kansas City, MO! There's some good information in this thread that may help you out. Not saying you had a leak but thee are some good general thoughts on here. Not all doors are the same. See JRTJH post specifically.

Baggage Front Door

Chip,
Thank you for your response. I didn't know there are several manufactures that provide the doors? mine is (Front) fiberglass and I committed the sin of leaving my tailgate down while trying to load the camper and backed into the door "thus" putting a hole in it?

You can probably buy a sheet of FILON from your dealer and just pull out the old skin and install the new one, reinstall the foam insulation and inner sheeting. It would be much cheaper than buying a new door and probably look better than one that doesn't fit properly.

When I traded my last trailer in I too had a tailgate oops hole in it. I made sure the dealer saw it to be fair with them and they weren't worried about it, when I saw what they did I was thinking now why didn't I come up with that? They had a piece of thin aluminum diamond plate cut 4" wide and simply screwed it to baggage door front going all the way across.
Good luck
Chris
