Took delivery

Hello

Just took delivery of our 2013 Passport 238ML. The forum really helped us settle on Keystone. There is a ton of great information here - thanks to everyone that contributes !

Shakedown trip was this weekend as well and I'm pleased to say that there were no issues. Odd that the holding tanks are not marked but that is very minor in the grand scheme of things.

Look forward to seeing some more Kestone owners out there in the DC/MD/VA/ DE area this season

Welcome to the family of Keystone owners. I'm glad to hear things worked out well for you. Perhaps we will cross paths in the future, I'm a fellow Virginian as well.

For some reason, Keystone has difficulty applying proper labels to their tanks. It seems that the labels are either mixed up or missing. But, as you said, it isn't a big problem. Hopefully, any problems you do run into will all be of the small variety. Welcome to the forum and hope you find it helpful.

Ditto! My grey and black water tank labels were on the wrong pull levers when I bought my 5er. Good thing I didn't try to wash down the black water tank for very long on the maiden voyage! Was not getting water out of the sewage hose when everything was set up and flushing. Could have been in deep kimshee inside had I kept going without the expected results (water flow out of the hose)!

You know this issue of incorrectly labelled tank valves has been going on for years at Keystone.... Honestly there must be a few dozen threads about this problem.

I have to think there is a prankster at the factory who waits till the final inspection is over and makes the switch of the labels.

There is no other explanation, and you have to wonder what other "pranks" are being being pulled

I'm willing to bet there is someone who sprays "decal anti-stick agent" on all the logos just before the camper leaves the facility

Thanks for the wamr welcome everyone.

I remember reading a couple of threads about the tank labels and made a note to look during the pre-delivery inspection. When got down there I had to chuckle a bit.

Got a can of grey spray paint today - now the grey tank valve handle is marked.
