New Member Checkin

Name is Rick and wife is Diane. Found the site as I was looking for Keystone's home website and typed this by accident . So here I am.

We have a 2008 Keystone Everest 322R (rear kitchen) 5th wheel towed by a 2011 Ford F350 Crew Cab SRW Long Bed with the 6.7L Diesel.

Thought I would hang out and see whats up here.

PS Our new Favorite if we could afford it 5th is the Montana with the Bathroom in the front

W7PSK,

to the forum. You're not the first to accidentally find this forum, but we're glad you did. Look around, I'm sure you'll find a number of topics that interest you. Since you're already an "experienced" RV'er, join in and let us hear about some of your ideas that make it easier or more enjoyable to use your trailer.

As for your "wish list" That "new favorite" is a heck of a trailer.

Rick and Diane, Welcome to the forum. The 1 and 1/2 baths on the Monty makes it very livable. I hope my DW does not see this post or I will need a new truck to tow it. Ahh but it is nice to dream. Travel safely, Hank

Always happy to find new places to get information. Already found a bath fan replacement here to get rid of the dinky one .

Experience HAH. Mostly the dumb things Ive done so far.

I run a forum for RVers also, but wont advertise. That would be bad form

Like I said New places are good.

If anyone Curious about which Rig Im talking about that I could have its this one

First Travel Trailor

We just bought a Passport 2510RB. We think the RB stands for really big. We upgraded from 45 years of tents to a "loaded" popup camper. My wife, a service connected disabled Vet, was having problems getting into the beds in the popup so we needed a "regular" bed.
We are in the Upstate of South Carolina and are chomping at the bit to get out and take our maiden voyage. There are a wealth of state campgrounds and private in the Upstate but we are planning to go to the FamCamp at Fort Jackson to coincide with a VA medical trip in nearby Columbia. It is a straight shot to Fort Jackson so it shouldn't be too stressful. I am a bit stressed by the behemoth behind the truck but the trip from the dealer in North Carolina was really rather easy.
We are looking forward to LOTS of camping and making new camping friends.

Douger you will have fun with the Passport. Careful with 2ft itus though.

We started out tents, then a Sante Fe popup then a 26ft Springdale TT then the 5th.

now 2ft itus is nipping again
