Smile icons

When I have more than 4 smile icons I get this.

You have included 5 images in your message. You are limited to using 4 images so please go back and correct the problem and then continue again.

Images include use of smilies, the BB code [img] tag and HTML <img> tags. The use of these is all subject to them being enabled by the administrator.

Why is that on other sites we can have many but not here

Steve -
I've taken a quick look into the Admin Control Panel and can't see anything there that indicates a limit of 4 smilies but I know that this limit exists. I am guessing that it is built into the vBulletin (v3.8.5) software but I would have to do some further looking to verify this.

Also, it may be that the other sites that you mentioned use a different software program that has no limit or the parameters have been changed to allow this.

If I can't find the answer for you, I'll refer your question to our forum Administrator.

My diesel truck forum uses the same software and has the same limit. I'm thinking its in the software too.
