Alpine 3700FL Tank flush
Is the connection circled in the photo a second tank flush connection on an Alpine 3700FL which has 2 black and 2 gray water tanks? The one below it does flush a black tank.

Help much appreciated. No explanation in owners manual. Could also be a breather for fresh water fill tank?!

Yes.. and there is a separate pull handle for that second black tank drain
