NC WV to Cape Hatteras KOA

Heading this way in a couple weeks and wondering the best route to take. Will be pulling a 30ft travel trailer.

Thanks in advance....

Option 1 Depending on starting point I-64 to 168 in Chesapeake then 158. Traffic in Richmond will suck, so plan around that.

Option 2 I-77 to I-40, then hit state road 64east of Raleigh. That takes you right in as well.
Option two maybe faster in speed, but maybe longer as well.
We stay one campground north of you a lot in the summer (Camp Hatteras) . We love it there! Where you will stay is less commercial, and quieter, but if you want commercial restaurants and shopping, a 30 min drive will pretty much get you anything.
Hope that provides a little help. But it really depends on your starting point.

Enjoy!

Thanks for the Info...My starting point is a little further North, I will becoming from Morgantown area. So looks like a lot of potential traffic issues for me heading East....
