One of our favorite places is the Big Bend area of TX.
Where we camp, the only other folks around are usually the ones that go with us.

Jellystone at Barton Lake is one heck of a campground. Full service water facilities including 3 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, splash park, and adjacent water slides. I took the family the last 2 years and we will be visiting again next summer. Well run campground.

Sounds like Daddy Joe's. Very well run and my daughter has a blast! New splash pad added this year. 3 pools, water slide, mini golf, gem mine etc.
