Question about heat/AC IN A 2018 passport 2520 RL

Hi all

Another newbie question .

The AC is ducted in the ceiling and the heat is ducted under the floor.

When I turn the heat on I get nice heat from the floor vents but, also the AC runs. I get cool air from the AC duct work.

Is this normal?

Change your thermostat to auto and select heat and it should solve that issue. If you hear a lot of clicking when you do this, change the temp difference to 2 degrees instead of one. Enjoy. Our heater will cook us out if we want.
