You might as if they'll warranty or document an "approved" service inspection in the spring.

I don't think you can necessarily spot an "about to break" spring - short of magnflux or something like that. Could just take it to a trailer spring shop for piece of mind.

I'm always interested in how much these cost and how well they work out.

I just saw that Lippert is offering a 6-year warranty on suspension starting 1/2017. Sometimes it's easier to go straight to the manufacturer than through Keystone... If I had one spring fail, I'd certainly want to replace all of them.
