Awning adjustments

We have a new Courgar 327RES with an electric awning (just brought it out today for its maiden voyage). Does anyone know if the awning has any height adjustments. My old manual awning could be adjusted but I cant see how this would. Maybe it's a single height. The owners manual doesn't say anything.

On our electric awning there are two black knobs on either end. We can pull the awning down and tighten knob to hold it down.

same with ours. Was there no user guide in with the others, stove,ac,wh, ect. We got a large folder of manuals and the generic Keystone manual from the dealer at delivery. The power awning should also have a strap that fits in the accessory track for rolling the awning up if the motor fails. The info is all in the user guide, if you don't have one your dealer should get you one.

Keystone uses three different electric awnings on their RV's. I'm not sure, but I think the entry levels use Solara (Lippert), the others use either Carefree or Dometic awnings... In order to get the correct operating instructions, you'll need to know which awning is installed on your RV. Usually the data is on a tag attached to the awning roller. You will need to extend your awning to see the tag.

Figured it out. Loosen the braces & pull down, hod down while you tighten the braces. Be sure to put back to original position before retracting.
