What about tapping into one tank with say a 1 inch line add a inline filter,
then an electric pump,
then run a line from the pump to the tank or tanks you want to fill with excess water.
If you don't want it to be permanent you could use quick connect fittings, But that would require you to crawl under your trailer. keep in mind it could and probably would void any and all warranty's.
If I were to do it I would make everything from the filter easy to change to a switch for the pump easy to turn on and off. There may even be a pressure gage to let you know when your filter needs changing or maybe a filter that can be cleaned and reused. Good luck
