Preview Popup Goes Away Too Soon
When you roll over a topic in the list of topics, a preview of the topic pops up; however, sometimes it goes away before I have had time to read all of the text in the preview. Can this be changed so the preview stays up longer (say 15 or 20 seconds), or better yet, so the popup doesn't go away until the user rolls off of the topic?

Using Firefox here and in my case the previews stay open as long as my mouse pointer is on the topic.

I'm using IE9. I put the cursor on the topic, take my finger off the touch pad, the preview opens, and about 5 seconds later it goes away - without me touching the computer in any way.

As best as I can remember, the cursor preview window display time is not adjustable. It is a feature that interfaces with windows operating environment and internet explorer. In some other web browser programs, the preview does not function and in some it has other properties, ie: In Foxfire, it has no timer, and remains on indefinitely. In windows 7 and I believe in windows 8, you can adjust the delay time before the preview comes on, but you can not adjust how long it stays on. That is the same adjustment limitation in XP, Vista and windows 7/8.
If anyone has figured out how to make the preview remain on indefinitely, it's through a registry edit. I wouldn't advise editing the registry unless you know a lot more about operating systems than the normal user.

Is your touch pad also set to click with a double-touch? If you have an external mouse handy, give that a try.

f6bits,
It is set to click on a single "tap", not a single or double touch. I've tested this, and it is not the source of the problem, but thanks for the suggestion.
