Made deal on new Sydney 340FBH, have questions

I made what I feel is a great deal on a new 2013 Sydney 340FBH fiver. Price $39,851 ($54,129 list), and giving me $23,000 on my 2010 Sydney 329FBH. They are also including $800 allowance to replace the OEM junk Chinese tires with American LT's or Maxxis. Price includes everything but tax and title. Dealer is local, same where I bought my 2010.
Does this sound like a good deal?

Also, what brand tires should I be asking for? They are ST235/80R16E.

Thanks
Steve

Personally, I'd opt for the Maxxis.

If it wasn't a good deal, then I would think you wouldn't have accepted it.

I haven't accepted it yet. I made them the offer, they accepted. Nothing signed yet. Just wanted to run it by the helpful folks here first.
