Larado 330RL Nose Problem

We have a 2018 Larado 330RL that has a type of spray on bedliner on the bottom half of the nose. It is next to impossible to clean and recently a rain storm left streaks of a lighter colored material embedded in it. We tried an all purpose cleaner and scrub brush, then we tried vinegar. Still there. Any recommendations from anyone on how to care for this material?

There are probably a hundred home remedies and suggestions to clean it, but, did you call the service manager to find what they use? That would be my first shot.
