Closet Rod Holders

On our last trip when we got back home I tried to open the closet door. It was stuck. Come to find out was, that it wasn't stuck. The holders that holds the closet rod had broken (both), and all of the clothes were up against the door.
Has anyone ever replaced the holders? If so what did you use?

Note that I used a 1/16" drill bit to "verify" where the frame was in the walls after making a best guess with a stud finder.

That looks Great. Going to see about doing that. I have tried buying other holders but their too big (hole diam.).
