Ceiling light element replacement

Ok, before I break something which is usually the case, I thought I would ask first.
We have LED lighting in our 2016 Alpine. Plastic lense is screw off type. Element is round with four plastic clips holding it in. Can anyone advise me as to how i should replace these without breaking the plastic clips/tabs? I have one in the kitchen area that is dimmer than the rest and assume it is going out.

Is it an LED fixture?

It is recessed lighting in ceiling. One of twelve in the main part of fifthweel. After probing and luckily not breaking the little tabs, it looks like i have to replace the entire unit. I took the lens off but didnt take the three scews out to remove unit out of the ceiling, yet. The wires from the element run through the (can) it is housed in with no way of disconnecting from element. Not sure what it looks like at other end. Probably a disconnct of some sort.

It is probably spliced with some crimp connectors. The light fixture usually has its own pigtail.
