16 xlite heater issues
Have had this unit not even a year yet, used it five (5) times, heater does not reach temp set point. Furnace / heater will run non stop (as long as it's on line power) for nine hours and never satisfy the t-stat. The burner will cycle but but the blower never shuts down. Unit has been in shop 3 times, last visit they found 2 1/2 extra feet of duct work. After they removed this I did have more air flow from the grills, but not enough to satisfy the t-stat. Owners manual for the heater clearly states t-stat's to be mounted 4 feet from floor on an interior "bulkhead" wall. Has anyone else had any issues with heaters similar to this??
