Keystone Contact

Looks like we'll be needing some help from Keystone getting some warranty work completed. We have taken our new, 2017, Cougar back to CW for some very obvious warranty work. It's been a month now so I called our service rep for an update. He claims all the work requests, paperwork and pictures have been turned over to Keystone for their approval. "Nothing more we can do".
Anyone have any experience with how to successfully escalate these types of problems? So far no work started or parts ordered. Appreciate any insights or contact info. We'd like to use our Cougar this fall for some photography trips already planned.
Thanks

If the warranty work is cosmetic, I would pick the trailer up, use it and tell the dealer to let you know when the repairs are authorized and parts are in hand.

The process for warranty repairs can take time, you have to remember that there are hundreds if not thousands of dealers submitting claims.

A mobile tech was in the CG here in Chattanooga Thursday. He said he will not do any warranty work for Keystone. I told him I buy at a volume dealer and the service mgr said he had a good relationship with Keystone warranty people. That was a question before I purchased my 5er last December.
