IS & Disc Brakes Upgrade

Just arrived at MORryde to have the Independent Suspension (IS) and Disc Brake upgrade completed on my 2018.5 Montana 3921FB. Very excited to complete this upgrade, work begins at 6AM tomorrow 06/20/18.

Yes, please fill us in with the details as it evolves. I'm thinking I may do that myself. Are you going to their place in IN? How long does it take (thinking I will have to stay somewhere as it is completed)? Costs (if I may) for installation etc.

UPDATE:
Just finished the install and test drive. Here is the final list of items added:
8K Independent Suspension with Timken Bearings
Kodiac Disc Brakes (electric over hydraulic)
MORryde Rubber Pin Box
Associated hardware, brake lines, brake actuator.

I had a ten mile drive back to local campground and it was truly amazing the difference in ride/pull of my Montana. The roads in and around MORryde will most definitely test any suspension. I leave Saturday for a 472 mile trek for Home. Look forward to a much smoother ride.

What about the brakes? Could you feel a big difference in braking power? Worth the money?

Yes the difference in braking was evident with my first stop.

We got our Alpine done last fall. I believe you can get the upgraded suspension done at dealerships but the Independent system is only done in Indiana. Very pricey but we thought by adding longevity to the trailer and our belongings it was well worth it. We later upgraded to a Reese fifth airborne since it didn't make sense to just soften the ride on one end and not the other.
