Wink Heat on but air coming out of ceiling vents.

Found out why my 2014 Cougar had this issue. I had the fan on "lo". It must be on "auto" for heat system. The ceiling vents will not push out cool air if properly set. Simple but thought I had a crisis.

We found the same when picking up our 2011 SRX. However, I would note that I actually use the aircon fan when using the furnace, we have found it actually spreads the heat through the unit faster.

With the A/C fan on low and the furnace running, it will also help move moisture and prevent as much condensation from forming where the furnace vents don't do a good job of circulating the air. Any movement of air away from the walls and to where it can be circulated and heated will help prevent condensation. Of course, it's no replacement for good outside air circulation through a cracked window and a roof vent, but it will help a lot.

I was thinking of trying this myself. I had to download the Dometic lcd thermostat manual to figure it out lol, but haven't had time to try it. I usually keep a small fan on low during cold weather to keep the air from stratifying inside.
