It's funny that sales people here indicate the "nationwide dealer network" associated with the factory warranty. The reality is FAR from that.

It's nice of Keystone to offer to repair it for you if you brought it back to Indiana. Usually that requires an authorization, IMHO.


Grand Design doesn't do this sort of thing to their customers, but they seem to be the exception to the general rule.
