Based on your profile, you own a 2014 Cougar 325SRX WE that you purchased in September of this year.

If you go to the linked website and click on the "FILE A CLAIM" tab on the left side of the page, you'll get this information:

"The deadline to file claims was August 26, 2016 and has passed. As a result, you can no longer file claims on this website.

If you have any questions, concerns, or issues regarding the claims submission process, please contact Class Counsel at (877) 449-8550 or [email protected]."


It looks like you're well past the deadline to sign up as a part of this class action lawsuit. You might want to contact the legal offices at the above number if you want further information. Objectively, I'd suspect that you're too late to get anything out of that action and are "on your own" with any problems you might have with the refrigerator (It's out of warranty by now). If there was a recall, you may possibly be eligible for repair under that recall, but that also may have expired.
