After reading for a while about upgrading fans, I've decided i need to install a maxair in the provisions for a second AC. I'm leaving the bathroom fan as-is.

At the moment there's a vent there in the front bedroom with a light fixture about a foot away. This particular fixture is not one of the lamps that is connected to the battery powered light switch. It only works on shore power.

Wouldn't it be prudent to go further into the cabin and pick up a battery switched lamp fixture? I haven't done any boon docking yet, but it seems this would be something you need if you have neither shore power nor generator. Otherwise there's no way to move air out of the coach.

Am i wrong, right, out in left field, OCD?
