We use a propane fogger around the trailer and a generic type "yard guard" if they are especially bothersome. We also have a 12x12 Coleman screen room that serves as a "refuge" when needed. In the boat, we use the spiral wrist bracelets. They seem to work as long as there's no wind to blow the aroma away from the boat.
