I would go with the "Y" fitting. My reasoning is based on a quick and unobstructed dump of your Black Water, and then a good flush of your Grey Tank.

A 45 degree route is, in my opinion, better than a 90. You will already have one 90 where you go into the ground. A second 90 would slow solid things down
