First, welcome to the forum Happycamper4556. Secondly, friends of ours have the identical unit to your 278RKS and noticed that it did not come with an AM/FM aerial which is usually mounted on the roof. There is no place to mount an antenna on his unit, consequently he also has very little, if any, reception. You might want to check to see if you do in fact have an antenna or an antenna mount on your roof.
