When I get in the truck to leave for vacation, I leave my watch on the nightstand.

Just need to know what day it is, time doesn't matter. Maybe it's because I work with multiple deadlines daily but I don't want to put my family or myself in a "we have to be doing this by" such and such time mindframe. It's all about the journey once the truck starts moving. There are times we have to be somewhere by a specific time and we plan so we leave early enough we don't have to feel we are in a timed event getting there. It's all about the relaxation for us.

When we get to camp, we get out and walk abit & look the place over. Setup at a relaxing pace while enjoying a cool drink. Usually done in about 30-40 minutes but sometimes we take longer if we get to chatting with neighbor campers or just feel like soaking in the sun on the pinic table for a few minutes.

Stress relief is in a 3 way tie with having fun and making memories as our goal.
