I used the following on my Q2200. I simply removed the existing regulator/bracket and hooked these up in its place.

Runs the grill great off of the quick disconnect intended for the outside stove.

If you want to have the option to use tank later, you will need to reintroduce a regulator inline as the pressure off of the tank is higher than what the grill is made to handle. The quick-disconnect on my trailer is after it is already regulated down to a low-pressure system at the trailer tanks which is what the grill burners expect.
