As Tom mentioned, specifics on how to change TPMS thresholds may be best found on a Toyota or Lexus enthusiast forum.

Not that it will help, but with all 3 of my FCA vehicles, I purchased an android app and OBD2 BT adapter and can manipulate pressures thresholds as well as dealer controlled PCM settings (DRLs, tires sizes, activating non-factory options, etc). Best $49 I spent on my Chryslers. My RAM's thresholds are locked down from the factory at 65/80 PSI. Now, the dash isn't lit up like a x-mas tree when I air down when not towing.
