Do to a known seal leak from the slideout motors, lubricating oil doesn't respond too nicely with the slide roof TPO membrane (for obvious reasons). Apparently, Bullet years 2016-2018 are affected.
The fix: drip trays underneath the motor gear boxes and Eternabond over the bubbled areas on the exterior slide out membrane. Came out better than expected.
