I have a 2810BH and love it but we are upgrading to a 5er this year. I think the 2 of you would be a better fit on the dinette. It’s pretty long and wide when made up. You might want to add some extra supports to make sure it can handle it. My grandkids love the bunks. The idea of 2 kids in a bunk and you and your DW sleeping in separate places may work. Don’t be afraid to go to a dealer and have them let you set it all up and rest on the beds for a while.
