John is absolutely right. We had a similar experience with the GY Marathons that came on our rig. After nearly 30,000 miles with no problems, I checked with the local Big O shop to see what shape they were in. One already separated but still holding air. Another starting to come apart. We also were extremely fortunate. Have Saliuns on now with around 8-10,000 miles the last two years. Will give them another year or two and then replace them.
