I didn't see what I would recommend as the 2 most important items to add to your list, #1 surge protector/EMS either hard wired or portable & #2 a real water pressure regulator (not the "restrictor" they may have given you when you purchased the rv) preferably with a gauge to attach to the spigot not the rv.
IMHO #1 should be mandatory for ALL rvs, too many electronic gizmos in these rvs today to not use one, it's cheap insurance.
Both of these should be used EVERY time you hook up, even if hooked at your home, not just when you think you'll need them.
This is from my/our experiences in last 10 years fulltiming.
