Hi Milby,
My understorage unit is currently in storage. I do remember the drawers are not lockable. I went to the Lippert website and looked at the dimensions of the boxes and it looks like they are 28" long, 19.2" wide and 8.2 deep. I am looking forward to getting this installed on the trailer and moving that spare tire from the back.
