I use 35 lbs of air unloaded and about 2" off the over-loads. I don't think you want to "be on" the overloads when hooked up.

The air bags are a good addition - have put them on my last 2 trucks too.

Bilstien shocks help too - maybe more for the front than the rears with air bags.
