We had the same issue. Look at the glass panels and see where the seem is on the rubber gasket that holds the glass in place. Ours was at the bottom and it allowed water into the track, being I sealed both side on the bottom track it ran out the outside of the glass panel. I then used clear caulk on the inside around the glass panel. I removed the caulk from the bottom of the alum trim ( only on the inside of the shower ) this way any water that got behind the trim would run to the inside. Water leak on outside of shower stall was fixed. I believe the main issue was around the actual glass panel.
