We just bought a 2017 26RBIWE and have had the same confusion. We have a galley tank and shower tank, both 38 gallons, but only one gray water dump handle. Found out they are T connected and the gate valve is after the T. That is why both tanks read full when only one tank has been filled. New concept to me.
