I don't know if this will help, but on my raptor the accesory tank had an issue and the gauge was all over the place. Then the tank started popping. After many long tries at the dealer we found that the vent cap was not taken off of the tank when installed. The hoses were there but doing nothing. Once removed all went back to normal. This may be way off base but just in case hope it helps
