We started rebooting the whole system, shut off the battery disconnect switch and unplug the unit for a few seconds. Plug it back in and it would fix it enough to be used for a bit until it just kept happening and I found myself inside the passthrough storage messing with the panel in there. you should be able to close your slides and awning etc from the panel.
All of this and almost 3 yrs later, I finally blew my top and filed a claim with the BBB and they gave the RV store a deadline to fix the problem, They replaced the whole system, tablet and all. Good Luck and don't give up
