We purchased the same model last fall. We have only had it out a couple of times but so far have not had any issues. The layout works for us since the kids have their own room. There is the downside of having to open the slides to access the fridge but that hasn't really been an issue so far. I can try to help with any questions but am still trying to learn the unit myself.
