Well, the B&D cordless weed whacker has lasted a number of years, so lets hope the B&D cordless drill does the same! i still have an old B&D cordless drill that used the rechargeable batteries that looked like "elephant gun" cartridges, must be at least 15 years old, still goin' strong, but since the batteries are no longer available, didn't want to depend on that one on the road.
