Since your refer is on a slide, you should have fans mounted on the backside up near the top. Are they operating? If not then that issue should be the first thing addressed.

The ambient temp of the refer compartment can have a huge affect on the ability of the cooling unit to transfer heat away from the coils and cool the fridge.
