Ok I just heard back from my dealer. They got it in the shop and resealed the window. They repositioned the gutter and sealed it. They said they soaked it down and no sign of water. I won't be able to pick it up for about 10 days. Hopefully it's all repaired now. I'm thankful they were able to get it in so quickly. I have a trip planned for the end of the month. I will report back on my findings.
Another thing I noticed was there was very little caulking where the awning bracket fasteners are mounted to the side of the trailer. I caulked all the heads of the fasteners before taking it to the dealer. I may also add some additional caulking where the top clearance ights are mounted.
