I had a 2014 Retreat (39FDN), and had to sell it very, very cheap last year. There was a water pipe fitting that was apparently leaking for quite some time under the floor, and the wood "joists" literally rotted. My adult daughter walked across the kitchen floor one day and her feet went right through the linoleum into the substructure. I take very good care of my "toys" and don't know how I could have missed it. After opening up the floor, it was found that a water joint came apart at a a t-fitting. It was not caused by a bad winterizing job. I had put skirting around the trailer, so any water leaking from the underbelly went unnoticed.

Other than that (LOL), I really enjoyed the layout as a destination trailer at a local campground.
