Here's the gist of it:

The vehicles subject to this recall may have been manufactured with the incorrect information on the Federal Identification Tag and Tire and Loading Information Label. In addition the load range of the tires installed may be different, failing to conform to the requirements of Part 567, “Certification.” Keystone representatives have been in contact with the staff at your selling dealership regarding this situation. The remedy is to replace the tires and/or Federal Identification Tag if incorrect . The service and parts required for this corrective action will be provided at no charge to you.
