Happy ending to my CW service experience: The General Manager of Camping World of Boise called me and arranged for his Service Director to personally hold the Anderson part for me, and there it was on his desk when we drove the rig over today. We were back on the road in half an hour and she pulls better than ever. This is excellent follow-up service any way you look at it.
