I called Keystone and they sent me in the wrong direction. I called Lippert and they told me to look under the footrest and sure enough I found a Lippert tag. They weren't much help after that. I just had a hip replacement so I'm not up to doing it myself right now. Found a local furniture repair guy and he's coming today.
